Strategies of Implementing Multicultural Education: Insights from Bilingual Educators

The purpose of this paper was to explore principals’ perceptions their strategies maintain cultural and religious identities within a multicultural society.This multiple case studies three institutions employed semi-structured interviews documents. research question guides study: What are that have been utilized the institutions, further aims education? data in study analyzed thematically via NVivo Qualitative analysis. finding showed were committed providing public education alongside – respect for other religions, ethnicities, cultures. These strong commitment spiritual maintenance respective identities. findings implications understanding similar programs ways preserve educational contexts. Most conducted resulting little information on how ethnic promote communities. This contributes body literature examines promotion institutions.
